Chillies & red peppers
Fresh green beans

Salt and pepper
Cream / Coconut milk (minimum 15% fat)
Spicy chilli oil (optional)
The game plan
Heat the Thai green chicken curry in the microwave or slowly in a saucepan.
Wash the herbs and vegetables.
Cook the rice and green beans (separately) in a pan of boiling salted water.
Finely chop the chilli and red pepper.
Finely mince the fresh herbs.
Serving: In a soup plate, add the rice on one side and the green curry on the other. Arrange the vegetables and herbs attractively on top. Season with salt and pepper, add a dash of coconut cream and chilli oil (optional) to spice up the flavour.
