Owning foodservice since 1987

On the first page of our foodservice story is Leyla Edwards, whipping up recipe after recipe in her own kitchen back in 1987. From that moment on, we’ve been carving out our place among the best of the industry. Awards? Sure, we’ve got them, but rewriting the menu has always been our main focus. As Leyla used to put it: “We’re not just manufacturers; we’re passionate creators.”

Bigger than us

What’s Cooking? for Professionals is part of What’s Cooking? Group – and that’s good company right there. Born 75 years ago as a small, family-owned Ghent butchery, the group has since evolved into Europe’s ready meals powerhouse, serving retail, butchers and caterers, and foodservice channels.

We’re on a mission to make sustainable food consumption second nature, and our entire crew is going all out to get there.
