In 1948, the ambitious Belgian butcher Francies Coopman founded his own food production facility: Ter Beke. From the start, Ter Beke catered to individual consumers as well as to the out-of-home and over-the-counter markets, laying the foundation for our food service excellence.

Decades later, this legacy was further strengthened by Leyla Edwards. The founder of KK Fine Foods in the UK started creating recipes in her own kitchen back in 1987 and helped solidify our reputation as one of best food service providers around.
