Quality is our pride

We’re all about quality – no compromises. Here’s what that looks like.

BRC Global Food Safety Standard v8 – Grade AA*

This standard developed by food industry experts is among the most rigorous and detailed. Because we love a challenge, we opted for the toughest route (the unannounced audit) and achieved the highest grade possible.

ISO14001 environmental audit

As a group, What’s Cooking? wants to put sustainability first, and cut down on anything that harms the planet. Our ISO14001 certification proves we’re serious about reducing environmental impact and running greener, smarter operations. And we’re just getting started.

BRCGS Gluten-Free Certification

We’ve got the BRCGS (Brand Reputation through Compliance Global Standard) stamp of approval to create top-notch gluten-free products.

RSPO sustainable palm oil

We are working to phase out palm oil. When we have to use it, we want it to be responsibly sourced. We are collaborating with, and certified by, the RSPO (Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil), and are fully on board with their plan to make sustainable palm oil the norm.

Red Tractor - animal welfare

Red Tractor sets the gold standard for animal welfare, is accepted by all major buyers and respected across the food industry. We’re proud to meet their mark.

Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) – fish

We’re backed by the Marine Stewardship Council, an international non-profit, for doing our part to protect the oceans and safeguard seafood supplies for the future. We are certified by the MSC and have all the procedures in place to demonstrate that our seafood comes from sustainable fisheries.
