The game plan
Wash the potatoes thoroughly, leaving the peel on, and cut them into 1 cm fries.
Deep fry the fries at 170°C for 5 to 6 minutes.
Wash the vegetables. Slice the tomato, chili, spring onion, and cucumber. Chop the parsley and set aside.
